Shipping & Returns
NZ Standard Shipping
We use Pass the Parcel powered by Post Haste for Shipping within New Zealand. If your address is considered rural by Post Haste, please choose rural at the checkout. If you do not do this, we will get in touch as there will be an additional charge.
International Shipping
At this stage we are unable to offer international shipping
Tracking
We ship Tuesday - Friday and will send you a tracking number once we have lodged the package for collection. If your products don’t arrive in a reasonable timeframe then please get in touch and we will see what we can do
Returns
30 Days to Return
Products returned un- opened and un-used within 30 days will be eligible for exchange or a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Cost to Return
You will need to get the products back to us in their original condition, whether this is shipped or returned in person, the cost of doing so is up to you.
Damaged items
If your products arrive damaged, please get in touch asap so we can rectify this for you.
Incorrectly shipped items
If we’ve made a mistake, please tell us so we can fire that staff member. Just kidding, mistakes happen, get in touch and we’ll get it sorted for you!
