Our experienced team specialise in multiple methods, but we’ve truly fallen in love with the Loxy’s premium double-drawn, no-shed flat wefts installed with their signature microbead method for a seamless, natural look! These extensions are known for their longevity (up to 1 year!), comfort, and the ability to blend flawlessly with your own hair. We can also offer other popular methods, including sew-ins and tape extensions, and together can choose what works best for your style and hair type.

If you’ve had a bit of breakage or you’re growing out a short haircut, sometimes all you need is a little helping hand to get past that awkward stage and make your hair look fuller and more even!
Can also be used to add sections of colour without damage.We usually use Tapes for this option, but come in for a chat and we’ll guide you to the best solution for your hair!

Looking for a little boost? A 1/4 Head is perfect for adding a touch of volume or a hint of length. It’s also a fantastic way to experiment with extensions for the first time or add some subtle highlights without any chemicals.
This is up to 30g of hair, and can be done as one 30g row or 2x 15g rows

We found the need for something between a 1/4 and a 1/2, and this is it! A 1/3 is amazing for noticeable volume/density, to add a bit of length to fine hair, and has quickly become our most popular option.
We can match the colour to yours, or it is a chemical free way to add different tones into your existing hair.
This is up to 45g of hair, and is usually installed as one long row or can be split for personalisation

Want to turn up the volume? The 1/2 Head option is your go-to for fuller, thicker hair that still feels natural. Great for adding moderate length and volume without going all-in on a full head of extensions.
This is up to 60g of hair, and is usually installed as one long and one short row, but can be split for personalisation

For those looking to make a statement, the 3/4 Head option provides significant volume and length. It’s ideal for finer hair types that won't need a whole head and can still blend seamlessly with your natural locks.
This is up to 90g of hair, and is usually installed as two long rows, or one long and two short but can be split for personalisation

A Full Head of extensions is how you achieve your mermaid hair goals! This is what most people imagine when they think of extensions, luscious voluminous lengths in the colour you’ve been dreaming of ♥︎
This is up to 120g of hair, and is usually installed as two long rows and one short row but can be personalised to suit your hairs needs

This can be used to replace a row at a lift appointment, or just to add something a bit extra! -
Also called a lift, we recommend you come back for your maintenance lift appointment somewhere between every 5-8 weeks. The exact timing will depend mostly on your hair density but also the length, we’ll make sure to go through all of this with you!
Completed within 8 weeks of installation or last lift:
1/4 Head - $75
1/3 Head - $85
1/2 Head - $95
3/4 Head - $115

AFTERCARE
Here is a basic list of do’s and don’t to go along with the maintenance information you’ll be given at an extension install appointment.

Extension Do’s
- Always blowdry roots
- Wait 24 hours to wash tapes
- Only use recommended products
- Apply a treatment at least once a week
- Brush carefully with recommended brushes
- Always tie up before bed, a loose braid is best!
- Wet, brush, protect and plait before swimming
- Use Dry Shampoo in place of washing often
- Get regular split end trims for natural hair
- Rinse after being in salt or chlorine
- Follow maintenance guidelines
- Always use heat protector
- Enjoy!!
Extension Don’ts
- Don’t sleep with your hair out
- Don’t flat iron the tape or beads
- Don’t use conditioner near your scalp
- Don't use claw clips through bonds/beads
- Never use supermarket or chemist products
- Avoid contact with sunscreen, tan & perfume
- Do not colour at home. Never lighten or bleach
- Avoid leaving hair wet (especially the top weft)
- Avoid Chlorine and Salt water where possible
- Avoid purple shampoo as much as possible
- Don’t avoid trims, keep your hair healthy!
- Don't avoid maintenance appointments
- Don't remove extensions at home
Extension Safe Products
To get the absolute most from your hair extensions it’s recommended that you only use low sulphate products with no salt, lactic acid, or unapproved proteins.

Interested in Extensions but don’t know where to start?
It would be really easy for us to give you too much information, which actually makes it way harder to make a choice.
We’ve found the easiest option is for you to come in for a complimentary (free) consultation, where we can meet you, learn a bit about you, your hair, and your lifestyle, explain to you the different options and maintenance levels, then we can make the choices together!
Wefts are easily our favourite method if you want long hair - the maintenance is easy and the hair just looks good. But if you’re wanting something a little different, we can pick and choose and even cocktail different methods together depending on what suits you best.

Wefts
Using our signature method and the best hair New Zealand has to offer, in less than an hour we can transform your whole look.
Wefts are our favourite for adding volume and length and we always customise your application, mixing and matching where needed!
Tape In
Tape in extensions are perfect for a little bit of length or fullness in hair that is super fine or gappy, or for a no damage pop of colour!
We can even do single sided individual tapes for extra fine hair or so they can sit closer to your hairline.
