Here’s a membership you’ll actually use..
At Salem + Co, we want to make caring for your hair as easy as possible,
so we’ve created a super simple hair membership plan just for you!

You can choose from weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, for an amount that suits you. There are no fees, you just set up an automatic payment, or make payments as it suit you and all payments are credited to your membership account in the salon, and you can use your credit to pay in part or in full for any hair services or hair products!

FAQ

  • Basically you’ll set up an Automatic payment for an amount and a frequency that suit you and then you can forget all about it! We will credit your membership account at the end of each week, and your credit can then be used to pay for your hair appointments, products or vouchers!

  • Fill in the application form on this page, and we will send back everything you need to know including Ts and Cs!

  • Yes! Give us a call, message or email and we can tell you :)

  • It’s really easy, you can simply change or cancel the payment at your end and you’re done!

    And what if you just need a break or can’t afford it for a while? That’s okay too! Just let us know and then you can start it back up when you’re ready!

  • You’ll still earn loyalty point every time you have your hair done, resulting in those $10 vouchers everyone loves so much!

    What happens if you have a $10 voucher but your membership already pays for everything you need? Well that sounds like a great problem to have! You can use it to buy product, upgrade a service, add a treatment or gift it to someone else!

  • No sorry, our memberships are strictly for hair services and products only at this stage :)

  • Yes! If you have enough credit to cover the extras great, if not you can simply pay with one of our other payment options on the day.

    Please be aware that just like a normal appointment if you’re wanting make a change to a pre-booked appointment you’ll need to let us know so we can confirm the timing is right for what you’re wanting :)

  • As long as you have an active membership then no!
    At the end of your membership, any unused credit will be converted into a voucher which will expire 6 months after your last payment is made :)
